Abstract: This study aims to highlight the elements of social construction, and the importance of each element. And highlighting the internal and external obstacles in each element of the social structure, the descriptive analytical method was used, The study was divided into a preliminary requirement and two sections, and under each topic two demands, At the end of the study, a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: The elements or sub- buildings (family, educational, economic, political...), which make up the social structure of society are the basis of its formation, rather the basis of its existence and continuity, and it is an indivisible whole. The internal and external obstacles to the building (family, educational, economic, political), may negatively affect the level of the sub- building itself, and even negatively affect between them; Each of them influences the other positively and negatively. Because they are interconnected and integrated with each other, Based on the results, The researcher recommended: The obstacles (internal and external) must be addressed first- hand, to which it is exposed or facing the sub- building of any kind (family, educational, or economic so as not to worsen and difficult to solve.
