Evaluation of Hail University, College of Education students for the quality of educational services provided by the college in light of some quality standards and institutional accreditation

Abstract

This study aimed at evaluating the quality of educational services provided by the College of Education at the University of Hail from the students' point of view, and the researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the tool was represented in a questionnaire distributed to a simple random sample of (108) students, (30.17%) from the original community which was (358) students. To process the data, the researcher used the (SPSS) program. The results of the study revealed that the general educational services provided by the College of Education at the University of Hail to its students obtained an overall average (3.48 out of 5) with a verbal rating (large), and at the level of the main axes; The quality of the college Staff members performance got the highest average (3.72), followed by the tangible material elements and the response provided by the college with an average of (3.50), both of them with a rating of (large) and finally the quality of the educational environment with an average of (3.21) with a grade of (medium). In light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals to improve the educational services provided by the College of Education at the University of Hail and the rest of Saudi universities.
