The Legal and legitimacy terms with conditions that are related of controls of carrying and selling weapons (a juristic study; compared to Yemeni law)

Abstract
The aim of this research is to study the phenomenon of carrying and selling weapons, and to show the legal rulings and controls related to carrying and selling them from a jurisprudential perspective compared to Yemeni law. The research consisted of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion: the first research: the provisions and controls of carrying weapons in jurisprudence and law, and the second topic followed: the ruling on trading in weapons and selling them to people of strife and war, and the results of the study showed that the concept of weapons is called all the firearms and others that people use in fighting of all kinds. And that the carrying and selling of these weapons differ in the opinions of the scholars, except that the Islamic law permitted the carrying and selling of weapons, but it did not leave the matter to be released; Rather, it restricted him with controls and etiquette during his pregnancy, and it also prohibited carrying him in some places, such as the sanctuary and on holidays, except for necessity. As for selling it, despite the fact that Sharia permitted trading in it, it prohibited selling it to the people of sedition and war. Because it has become a means of falling into the forbidden, and this is prohibited by law. As for the law, it agreed with jurisprudence in the permissibility of carrying weapons and selling them, and considers it a legitimate right for citizens, but not to release it - also - but rather restricted it with controls and conditions so that it was forbidden to carry it in the capitals of provinces and cities except with a license from the competent authorities in the state, and the law also agreed with jurisprudence in preventing Carrying it in some cases, places, festivals, and the like, even if it was authorized. Based on the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals, some of which were directed to the general public, and some of them were directed to the authorities responsible for the security of the country and the protection of citizens from the danger of proliferation of weapons.
